Empire National SP. z O. O. provides Road Transport outsourcing services in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
We offer:
* Guaranteed fee $ 700 + bonuses ($900-1400)
* Annual paid leave and sick leave

Obligation:
* Conduct a recruitment conversation with drivers about cooperation with the company.
* Supervising the employment process, including interviews, collecting documents,
signing the contract and entering data into CRM.
* Onboarding, driving drivers after employment.
* Support employees and drivers when needed
problematic questions.
* Continuous improvement of the quality of advice and speed of problem solving.
The communication will take place orally and in writing in English LANGUAGE.
Working hours 14: 00-22: 00 from Mon to Fri. Weekend-Saturday, Sunday.
We expect from our employees:
* Ability to focus and engage in the work flow.
* High level of emotional intelligence, self-organization.
* Be friendly to customers and co-workers and want to see more
happy smiles on their faces.
